By purchasing from Liv Loud Merch, you agree to the following terms. All products are sold subject to availability and are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Custom, personalized, limited drop, and event-specific items are final sale. Regular merchandise may qualify for size exchange within the stated timeframe, provided items are returned unworn and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these standards.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Liv Loud Merch is not liable for lost or delayed packages once marked delivered by the carrier. In the event of a damaged or defective item, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo proof. We reserve the right to update pricing, policies, and product offerings at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
