Refund policy
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom, personalized, limited drop, or event-specific Liv Loud merchandise is final sale. Because these pieces are produced in small batches or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or there is a printing defect, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo proof and we will make it right.
Regular (Non-Custom) Merchandise
Regular merchandise may be exchanged for size only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or sale items.
