Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary based on carrier and location. Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Liv Loud Merch is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
